RYT200 Training Program

Looking to commit to transforming your own relationship with yoga and to deepening your practice?

  • Our 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program (RYT200) is for you!

  • Starts 5th September, 2025

  • Runs over 9 weekends (see below for dates)

  • Investment $3395 (+GST)

  • Early Bird Price $2995 (+GST) if register before 29th August.

  • Places on the program will be secured by payment of a $500, non-refundable deposit

  • Payment plans are available

  • Small group, in-person teaching

  • Participants receive 6 months of free drop-in classes plus access to the studio for their own practice sessions

  • Certification with Canadian Yoga Alliance

The schedule for the fall 2025 RYT 200 Program is as follows:

September 5-7

September 19-21

October 3-5

October 17-19

October 31-November 2

November 14-16

November 28-30

December 12-14

December 19-21

The schedule for each weekend is as follows: 

Friday from 6-9pm (includes a 60 minute yoga class), 

Saturday from 12-8pm 

Sunday from 11am-6pm (includes a 60 minute yoga class).

This is 18 hours per weekend for a total of 160 hours plus 40 hours online/self study.

    • Energetic sequencing of  posture flow.

    • Sanskrit terminology for each posture studied. 

    • Contraindications, use of props and alternative postures.

    • Discussion of the principles of asana demonstration and objective observation of  the postures.

    • How to approach the practitioner in assisting and making adjustments during yoga class. This component will teach proper ethical instruction (including teacher-student relationship) and discussion of standards of good  communication, language and tone.

    • Methodology of class sequencing.

    • In-depth theoretical study of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as applied to yoga.


  • Covers a world view of Yoga Philosophy

  • We will discuss yoga in the broader framework of life off the mat, the ethics of teaching yoga, and the philosophy of Karma Yoga.

    • We will review the the anatomical and physiological effects and benefits of yin yoga.

  • There are practicum hours built into each section of the course. There will be many opportunities to teach full classes
