Our 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program (RYT200) is for you!
Starts Saturday 6th September, 2025
Runs over 9 weekends (see below for dates)
Investment $3395 (+GST)
Early Bird Price $2995 (+GST) if you register before 22nd August
Places on the program will be secured by payment of a $500, non-refundable deposit

Small group, in-person teaching
Participants receive 4 months of free classes at the studio plus access to the studio for their own practice sessions
Certification with Canadian Yoga Alliance

Schedule for RYT 200, Fall 2025
The schedule for the fall 2025 RYT 200 Program is as follows:
September 6-7
September 20-21
October 4-5
October 18-19
November 1-2
November 15-16
November 29-30
December 13-14
December 20-21 - final classes
The schedule for each weekend will be as follows:
Saturday from 12pm-9pm (includes a 60 minute yoga class)
Sundays from 11am-7pm (includes a 60 minute yoga class)
This adds up to 17 hours per weekend for a total of 153 hours in class plus 47 hours online/self study.
Program Curriculum

In-depth discussion and practice of a wide range of yoga asanas and pranayama.
Discussion and practice of energetic sequencing of posture flow.
Learning the Sanskrit terms for each posture and breath studied.
Development of an understanding of contraindications, the use of props and modifications and alternative postures.

The principles of asana demonstration and objective observation of the postures.
How to approach the practitioner in assisting and making adjustments during yoga class.
Incorporation of pranayama into classes

In-depth study of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology as applied to yoga.

A world view of Yoga Philosophy and History

Discussion of yoga in the broader framework of life today and the philosophy of Karma Yoga.
This component will also cover proper ethical instruction (including the teacher-student relationship) and discussion of standards of good communication, language and tone.

There are practicum hours built into each section of the course. There will be many opportunities to teach sequences and full classes
